In case the POS on Ipad doesn't print a receipt via the WebPrinter, Please follow the instructions:
1. Make sure the printer is on -
The printer has several lights that display if the printer is on. If there are no lights, press the power button to turn it on.
If the printer is already on, Move to steps 2 & 3
2. Check the IP of the printer -
To print the printer settings:
- Turn off the printer
- Hold down the FEED button , Press the Power button, and release the power button
- Take your hands off the FEED button when Self-Printing has started

3. Make sure the IP of the printer is updated in the POS settings-
Open the POS app, Open the side menu and click on settings, Select the printer settings and click on the "star WebPRNT printer"
Note:
In the current version of the POS. If we will change the IP in the POS settings to the IP of the printer, The printer will still not work
We should ask Meni to change the IP of the printer to the IP from the POS settings
