In case of a technical issue with the dispenser, The kiosk station complete the order but doesn't send the card out

To help the cashier, we can send a QR code to collect the card 



1. Open Magento backend 

2. Go to the order history 

3. Search the order and open the order details 

4. Scroll down to the order comments
5. copy the access key 

6. generate the access key to Qr code - https://www.the-qrcode-generator.com/


To collect the order from the kiosk, the cashier should click on the "collect card" button in the kiosk and scan the QR code 


The system will dispense a new card with the reward and update the card hardware in the order details 


*In the comments, you can see the linked card id that related to the access key



How to confirm that the card wasn't sent out or rewarded?

If the hardware id of the product is 00000000000000 (In the order details), The status of the order is complete And there is no comments of reward transactions in the order comments

It means that something happened and the customer doesn't receive his card
