This article will show you how to check transactions from the kiosk using the Magento backend and the Pelecard transactions report

Magento Backend:

1. Login with your user

2. Click on "Sales" and "Orders" in the side menu

3. Click on the "Filters" button

3. Enter the last 4 digits of the credit card in the "Credit Card Number" field

4. Click on "Apply Filters"

The system will display all transactions that were made with those last 4 digits

5. Select the order from the orders grid and click on "view"

5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and check the "order comments"

- The system displays a comment if the card was rewarded (time, coin name, amount)

- The system records in the comments the QR code for pickup - *can be used only in case the card wasn't rewarded (The reward comment is missing).
   Click on the QR link and send it to the cashier 

6. The system records the hardware id of the card that was rewarded in the "Items ordered" section

Pelecard Backend:

Login details:

1. Login with your user of the site

2. Enter the credit card 4 last digits in the  "Card number" field and click Enter

In case the credit card was charged, You can check the order in the Magento Backend by using the Order number

1. Copy the order number from the "More details" column

2. Search the order number in the Magento Backend
