For issues related to cards unable to dispense for mechanical issues.
1. Open the ticket purchase page at the station and check the color of the indicator that appears at the bottom of the page
- For Red indicator Restart the station,
2. If after the restart the indicator of the dispenser remains red, open the station door and perform the following:
- Check that there is a light on in the dispenser
- Check that the dispenser is connected to the computer with a USB cable
- For Green indicator
3. open the station and perform the following:
- Try clicking the "Buy a new card" button once more time
- Check that there are new cards in the dispenser and that the weights are pressing the cards.
3. Empty the cards that are in the collector of the dispenser
(The collector is the space beneath the card dispenser that transfers cards from failed or canceled transactions to it)
Please report recurrences with the same issue.

- Collect bin full
- Service not running
- Communication port not found
- Card in Port
