Configuration EMV terminal
- video attached + some things to remember:
- 1 - Settings of the DHCP on Tranzila should be dynamic, not static!
- 2 - The IP should be correct not 162.xx.xx.xx > 192.xx.xx.xx
- 3 - the IP you see on the tranzila device - ping it from a kiosk in the same branch, open a command line and type ping 192.xx.xx.xx to see that the response is 100% error free, that means the IP is correct
1. Press until a menu popup
2. Above you can see the IP addres, touch the lock icon
3. The EMV is open, than slide on the right side and leave the application
4. Click on setting
5. Password: pax9876@@ (Exit Tranzila code: 156)
6. Click back, sliding from the right, and click on the black icon
7. Back to the terminal
For Tanzilla to work 2 things need to happen
1. The user of the POS must be linked to the POS with a Transila terminal - the association is made in the database between the POS number and the serial number (coupling number of the device)
2. The Tranzilla terminal should be connected to the Internet
If it is a new Tranzilla terminal - its bank account must be set up and it's done with Tranzilla's support
*You can check the ping of the Tranzilla with a computer connected to the same network in order to verify that the Tranzilla device is indeed able to connect to the same network
